QBSI was acquired by Global Imaging Systems (headquartered in Tampa, Florida) in 1997. Global Imaging Systems operates 226 operating units across the country with 4,390 employees serving 150,000+ customers.
Because of our continued success year after year, in 2007, Global Imaging Systems and all of its operating units across the country became a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) and added Xerox document technology and services to its offerings. Maintaining our local focus and independent approach to sales, service and customer support but also adding the benefits of the Xerox Corporation and its product line created an enormous benefit to our customer base. |
