QBSI and the undersigned Customer ("Customer") agree that the products and services described below will be furnished on the demonstration device provided to Customer for evaluation.

Scope of Work

QBSI will provide some or all of the following standard services for/on the demonstration device(s)
  • Print Driver(s) Installation:  Install printer drivers on up to five (5) desktop personal computers and/or one (1) Print Server.
  • Scan to Folder (SMB or FTP):  FTP requires an on-site FTP server (provided by Customer)
  • Scan to Email (Customer server or QBS server):  Customer Server option will require an on-site Email server (provided by Customer)
  • Fax Forwarding
  • Address Book Destinations:  Configure one (1) address book destination if supported by device
  • Automated Meter Collection Software:  Install on a Customer provided server/PC.
QBSI will not be providing the following services:
  • Changes to your network environment, servers, or email server
  • Changes to any server or desktop applications like firewalls or anti-virus software
  • Changes not approved by your external or internal IT department
  • Installation of any software that isn't included with the Multifunction Device, or printer being installed
  • Any other services unless agreed upon in writing
